Experienced clinical leads

Uniquely, we employ a full-time consultant admiral nurse and an occupational therapist. Both offer practical and emotional support to clients and families, particularly those living with complex conditions like dementia, Parkinson’s or Stroke.

Local teams with national coverage

We operate nationwide through closely knit local teams. Small client portfolios enable each dedicated care manager and their team to offer a tailored, 1-2-1 approach with higher levels of monitoring and support than a care home can offer.

Employed and managed carers

Unlike introduction agencies, we directly employ and manage our carers, matching them closely to a client’s needs and interests. Each is supervised by an experienced manager and supported by clinical experts, as well as a 24/7 emergency helpline.

Candidates are screened against our unique values framework and sit a pioneering situational judgment test, ahead of a final interview. It gives them real insight into the role and our demands for the highest quality of care.

With an experienced nurse as director of operations, our expert clinical leads and managers routinely work alongside healthcare professionals to bring people quickly and safely home from hospital, with the right equipment and support to enjoy a better quality of life.
